Harvard has the answer. In the longest-running study on human behavior and happiness, which lasted an incredible 75 years, scientists discovered what matters most in life. They followed around 2,000 people from different backgrounds, education levels, and marital statuses, all of whom experienced different levels of happiness throughout their lives.
The happiest among them had one thing in common: deep relationships and a quality social life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Surprising? Or maybe not after all?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
